As we enter the month of June in just a few days the MT. BAKER SINGLES dance season will soon be coming to a close. On June 6th, the MT. BAKER SINGLES have planned a caravan to the Happy Hppers 'Strawberry Dance'. Those wishing to caravan with the group should contact John Hayes.

The joint class betwen the MT. BAKER SINGLES, and Skagit Squares will graduate their January group (about ten new dancers) on June 9th at the Mount Vernon Senior Center. With Dave Harry's normal tests, and the difficult written exam this is a night that is always enjoyable, both for the graduates, and for the onlooking angels.

The MT. BAKER SINGLES, will hold their annual 'Ice Cream Social' at the Skagit Valley Grange on June 12th. Dave Harry will be calling from 8 until 10:30pm, and the Berka's will have pre-rounds beginning at 7:30pm. All club members are encouraged to bring their favorite ice cream toppings to share. The Dudes & Dolls, and Spurs & Laces will be caravaning in to enjoy this night with the group.

Be sure to mark your calanders for the summer potluck membership meeting that is set for August 22nd, at the Bayview State Park shelter. More info for this even will be given in the summer newsletter!
