It is hard to believe that October is already coming to a close, but here we are just five days from the start of November.

This November should be a fun one for the MT. BAKER SINGLES.

On Sunday November 2nd, we will have a caravan to the Solo Squares, in Maple Valley. Cliff Nichols will be calling with Linda Nold cueing. If you are planning on attending and would like to ride down there contact John Hayes, the caravan chairman. Those attending will meet behind the old 76 station on College Way, in Mount Vernon at 5:15pm. Dancing will start at 7:00pm. This is sure the be a fun night for all of those dancers that attend, and as always is it nice to see a large group of people go on a caravan.

On Friday November 14th, the MT. BAKER SINGLES will host their annual "Veterans Day Dance." We will dance from 8-10:30pm at the Skagit Valley (Cook Rd.) Grange, with Dave Harry calling, and Linda Nold cueing. Veterans will get in free at this dance, as a way of saying "Thank you" for your years of service to our great country.
